We live in Waco, Tx. and enjoy going to Don Carlos at least twice a week. Whether for lunch or after church on sundays, we alway enjoy our experience.
Carlos is our waiter most of the time. He remembers what we all drink and brings it out on his first visit to our table. He also knows that no matter what time it is, he brings me the warm red salsa.
Keep up the great work and give Carlos a big pat on the back for a "JOB WELL DONE"
